I wanted to challenge myself with something new this year so I decided to take American Sign Language course on Promova recently. I have always been fascinated by how much you can express without saying a single word out loud. The course starts with basic signs and gradually moves into more complex structures which keeps it engaging. It is definitely not as easy as it looks and requires a lot of repetition to make the movements fluid. I like that the lessons are short enough to fit into a busy day while still feeling like I am making progress.
